NOW comes the Plaintiff, Donia Parson, by and through her attorney, Mark F. Bayley,
and presents the within complaint for custody, representing as follows:
1. The Plaintiff, Donia Parson, is an adult individual residing at 100 I kes Lane,
Newville, PA 17241.
2. The Defendant, Stephen Smith, is an adult individual residing at 100 Ickes Lane,
Newville, PA 17241.
3. Plaintiff seeks custody of the following child:

4. The child was born out of wedlock.
5. The relationship of the Plaintiff to the child is that of natural mother. The Plaintiff

The Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another capacity in
other litigation concerning the custody of the child is this or any other Court.
9. Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the child pending
in any Court of this Commonwealth or any other state.
10. Plaintiff does not know of a person nor a party to the proceeding who has physical
custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child.
11. The best interests and permanent welfare of the child require Plaintiff to have
primary physical custody and for Defendant to have contact which may be agreed upon at a
conciliation or otherwise be determined by the Court.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to schedule a custody
conciliation conference.

AND NOW, Tuesday, February 24, 2009 , upq'n consideration of the attached Complaint,
it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear before Jacqueline M. Verney, Esq. , the conciliator,
at 4th Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle on ? onday, March 23, 2009 at 9:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be hoard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. Failure to appear at the conference may provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.

consideration of the attached Custody Conciliation eport, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
Mother, Donia Parson, shall have sole legal custody of Daniel Smith, born
March 1, 2007.
2. Mother shall have sole physical custody of the child.
3. This Order is entered pursuant to a Custody Conciliation Conference. The
parties may modify the provisions of this Order by mutual consent. In the absence of
mutual consent, the terms of this Order shall control.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUMBERLAND COUNTY RULE OF CIVIL
PROCEDURE 1915.3-8, the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the following
report:

3. The Honorable M.L. Ebert, Jr. entered a PFA Order dated March 26, 2009
at docket number 2009-788 with Mother as the protected party. Contact concerning
custody was not a violation of the PFA Order.
4. The parties agreed to the entry of an Order of Court in the form as
attached.
