FIRST. I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses, including all inheritance taxes, be fully paid and satisfied out of my Estate by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SECOR~. I give, devise and bequeath my entire Estate whatsoever and wherever situate unto my husband, Eugene C. Jacoby, to be his absolutely. THIRD.
