First, please accept my condolences on your loss. There is little that is more terxible than losing a child. i am enclosing a Notice of Estate Administration as well as a cagy of your son's Last VV'xll and Testamlent. I know that you already have a copy of the Vtrill, but r did want to make sure you had one with this lettex. x am also enclosing for your records a copy of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return which we have recently f~,ed. You will note that all of the assets subject to tax were jointlp'owned with you, or payable on Lynn's death to you. The estate itself is insolven~,`and so we have requested that the Department o£Revenue provide you with a separate billing so that you may pay the inheritance tax due on the assets which you are receiving. '1''ou should know that Wane of the expenses of the estate administration are deductible against the assets you received, as none of these expenses Caere paid from these assets. Joann has asked me to raise a few matters with you. Joann has in her possession a 1936 Oldsmobile which is jointly titled in the names of you and Lynn. If there are things of Lynn's which you know Joann to have and which you would like to have, please provide me with a list so that I can forward it to Joann for '.her review. Conversely, if there are any items in your borne ar c>xz your property which you know to be Lynn's, could you please provide me with a list of those items and instructions as to how Joann might make arrangexnents to retrieve them? Joann believes that a 1983 Mazda automobile, a 19$9 Dodge Dynasty automobile, a 1.995 Dodge truck and Dovetail txailer are all located at the farm, and are all titled either jointly with Joann, or are titled in Lynn's name only. Additiozzally, Lynn and Joann had assembled a toy farm tractox collection, and Joann would.very much like to have that collection. Agazn, please accept xny condolencES on the loss; of your son.
