Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return.

3. An original Federal Form 706 ("U.S. Estate Tax Return
for a Resident Decedent") for forwarding to the
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
4. A check payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of
$30.00 in payment of the filing fees.
5. A check payable to the Register of Wills in the amount of
$9,319.87 as payment of the Pennsylvania Inheritance
Tax.
Kindly time-stamp the extra copy of the REV-1500 and Inventory and
return them to our office in the self-addressed stamped envelopes.
