1. The original and one copy of the Pennsylvania inheritance tax return.
2. The original inventory.
3. The estate made a payment of $1,005.75 on February 18, 2009 to pay the tax in
the discount period and that payment is shown on the return. No additional tax is due.
4. A check in the amount of $30.00 to pay the filing fee.
