Being known and designated at Lot Numbers 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146 and 147as shown on a plat of lots laid out and surveyed by Johnston and Associates, Inc., in September 2003, and known as "BRIARCLIFF, Final Phase II, Subdivision Plan," said plat remains of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Fairview Township, York County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 1747, page 1237. The record owners of the property are Tony and Lynda Phan. Title 21, United States Code, Section 853(k) states no party claiming an interest in property subject to forfeiture may commence an action at law or equity against the United States concerning the validity of their interest after the filing of an Indictment.
