Qualified Beneficiaries and the Renunciation and Consent of PNC Bank, N.A.,
It is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that the Trust under Article IV of Decedent's
Will shall be disregarded and the assets of the estate otherwise distributable to the Trustee shall
be distributed, free of Trust, to the Current Beneficiary, BARBARA E. KERTULIS.
