NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You have been sued in Court. If you wish to defend against the claims set forth in
the following pages, you must take prompt action. You aze warned that if you fail to do
so, the case may proceed without you, and a decree in divorce or annulment may be
entered against you by the Court. A judgment may also be entered against you for any
other claim or relief requested in these papers by the Defendant. You may lose money or
property or other rights important to you, including custody or visitation of your children.

marriage you may request marriage counseling. A list of marriage counselors is available
in the Office at the Prothonotary at the Cumberland County Courthouse, Cazlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013.

COMPLAINT IN DIV__ ORCE
1. Plaintiff is Horace R. Carryl who currently resides at 615 Ricketts Road,
Mechanicsbug, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Gem E. Carryl who currently resides at 615 Ricketts Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania for at least six months immediately preceding the filing of this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on April 11, 1998.
5. There have been no prior actions commenced for divorce or annulment of
marriage between the parties in this or any other jurisdiction.
6. Plaintiff has been advised of counseling and that he may have the right to
request the Court to require the parties to participate in counseling.
7. Plaintiff avers that no issues regarding the custody of children result from
this action.

9. The marriage is irretrievably broken and the parties are estranged due to
marital difficulties with no reasonable expectation of reconciliation.
10. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a decree in divorce.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays this Honorable Court to issue an Order dissolving
the marriage between the parties.

bonds of matrimony.
Any existing spousal support order shall hereafter be deemed an order for
