DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 24th day of February, 2009, an instrument entitled "Last Will and Testament of
Lynn S. Dum", dated January 17, 1985, having been discovered and presented for Probate to the Register
of Wills, it appears the person to whom Letters of Administration had previously been granted is not
entitled thereto. Accordingly, it is DECREED that Letters of Administration previously granted to JoAnn
F. Dum are hereby REVOKED.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters filed by Alma
S. Dum shall be GRANTED and such Letters Testamentary shall be provided forthwith. Alma S. Dum
shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the
administration of this Estate according to law.
