WORLF.Y I, FAY C. 410 RLEY, of Vancouver, Clar1: County, Washington, eing of legal age, do hereby make, publish and declare this my .a st Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all wills and :odicils heretofore made by me. 1. IDENTIFICATION OF FAMILY: My husband, 4Jilson D. Jorley, has predeceased me. 4:e have three children, namely: ?hyllis McKenzie, Beverlee Gaylor and Patricia Olney. Z have no leceased children. 2. PAYMENT OF TAXES AND OBLIGATIONS. All just debts together with funeral expenses and costs of last illness and any taxes relating to the administration of my estate and lawfully predicated upon my death as a taxable event are to be paid by my personal representative out of the assets of my estate. 3. DISTRIBUTION OF t7ET ESTATE: I pive, devise and bequeath, equally, share and share alike, all of my property, real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situated to my three daughters, Phyllis McKenzie, Beverlee Gaylor and Patricia Olney. If any of said beneficiaries should predecease me, then the share of such deceased daughter shall go to her lineal descendants, share and share alike. If there be no lineal descen- dants, then to the survivors. 4. PERSOtJAL REPRESEI7TATIVE. I nominate and appoint my daughter, Phyllis McKenzie, as Executrix and Personal Representati of this My Last Will and Testament to serve without bond and without the intervention of court except as required in the case of nonintervention wills. My personal representative shall have full and complete management of my estate so far as local laws pe: with full power to sell or otherwise dispose of any property belonging to my estate. NO. 00 4 00414 2 ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE THIS MATTER having come regularly before the Court upon Petition of PHYLLIS McKENZIE, praying that a certain document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of FAY C. WORLEY, deceased, be admitted to probate, and that she be appointed Personal Representative thereof, coming on for hearing this day, and it appearing to the Court that the petition states facts essential to give this Court jurisdiction to admit the Will to probate, and testimony having been heard, reducing to writing and certified by the Court, the Court finds that: 1. FAY C. WORLEY died testate on or about the 7th day of June, 2000, in Vancouver, Clark County; Washington, being at the time of her death a resident of Clark County, Washington, and leaving at the time of her death an estate subject to administration in Clazk County, Washington. 2. The document filed herein was duly executed by FAY C. WORLEY as follows: The Last Will and Testament was executed on March 9, 1984, in the presence of R. D. Jones and Lome M. Gadbois, competent witnesses thereto. The witnesses attested to the document in the presence of the Testatrix, and at her request. The Testatrix, at the time of executing the Will was above the age of majority and of sound mind and not under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence, or in any respect incompetent to execute the same.
