Dear Norma:
Enclosed with this letter is a check in the amount of $15,266.85 from the estate of
Norman A. Besser. The distribution of the $61,067.40 is being divided equally between
the four designated beneficiaries; Barbara Shadoan, Jill Smith, Jeffrey Besser, and
Norma Munchel. The car that was part of the estate was valued at $1,190, fair shape,
at the time of Norman's death, per the Kelly Blue Book. Since Norma Munchel is buying
this car from the estate, the $1,190 was divided by four and Norma is enclosing a
personal check in the amount of $297.50 to each of you.
Endorsement of these checks means you are in agreement with the disbursement of the
funds from the estate. Also, should anyone contest the Will of Norman Besser, funds
may need to be retrieved from each of you.
