That your Petitioner was appointed Guardian of Clara Mae Garver, a/k/a Clara Koons Garver, an alleged incompetent, on December 21, 1966. 2. That by Order of Court dated March 5, 2002 and signed by the Honorable George E. Hoffer, President Judge, the First and Final Account of Petitioner was confirmed and distribution of remaining assets in the Guardianship Account of the alleged incompetent directed. 3. That all assets in said Guardianship Account have been distributed as directed by the Court, and that no remaining balance exists in said account. 4. That the Petitioner has completed all of its duties as Guardian of Clara Mae Garver, a/k/a Clara Koons Garver, an alleged incompetent. 5. A copy of the certification of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court will discharge Allfirst Trust Company of Pennyslvania, N.A., from its office as Guardian of Clara Mae Garver, a/k/'a Clara Koons Garver, an alleged incompetent.
