WHEREAS, Michael Stine and Cindy Stine, residing at 2228 Budc Road, Harrisonville,
Pennsylvania 17228 has authorized Bretstin Builders Inc, Brett Garrett, Contractor of
Lewisberry, Pennsylvania to perform construction and related work upon a lot of land,
Property, situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
more fully bounded and described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part hereof.
NOW, 3~ , 2009 at the time of and before any authority has been
given by the sai rner to the said Contractor to perform work on the said Property for
the consideration of their agreements and further consideration of one dollar, paid to
Contractor by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
site related work, the right to file such liens has been expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
