Judge Jessica E. Brewbaker that she has recused in Juan Gutierrez v. Margret Russell, it is hereby directed
that Magisterial District Judge Paula P. Correal be assigned to hear the case. The hearing is scheduled for
Monday, April 6, 2009 at 9:OOA.M. at Judge Correal's office.

Magisterial District Judge Roger A. Estep in Court 09-1-02. This order will remain in effect until Senior
Magisterial District Judge Roger A. Estep returns to Court 09-1-02.
