As your file will reflect, I presented the Petition for Probate of the Last Will of Florence
G. Diven on September 30, 2008, and undertook the preliminary administrative steps. However,
a daughter-in-law of the decedent, Patricia Diven, is apparently an accountant who has had
some previous experience in dealing with Pennsylvania estates.
Accordingly, I ask that my appearance as counsel of record be withdrawn, and that
further inquiries concerning the various steps required to conclude the administration of the
