AND NOW, this ~ day of , 2009, in that the Administratrix has
not filed a Response to Show Cause why the Petitioner to withdraw as counsel of record for the
estate of Dana M. Winfrey should not be allowed. And that twenty (20) days of service has
expired since the issuance of the Order of Court, dated November 10, 2008. It is ordered that
the Petition to withdraw as counsel of record for the estate of Dana M. Winfrey is granted.
Attorney Lisa Marie Coyne is permitted to withdraw as counsel in this matter.
