AND NOW, this 3rd day of March, 2009, having received no response to the Citation issued on
February 10, 2009, as to why Letters of Administration should not be issued to Russell C. Goodling for
the Estate of Robert M. Snauffer, Jr., a/k/a Robert M. Snauffer, deceased, IT IS DECREED that Letters
of Administration shall be issued to Russell C. Goodling this date.
Russell C. Goodling shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
