1. The name of the party claimant is R&L Drywall &
Paint Partnership ("Claimant"), a Maryland business corporation
with offices located at 9319 Baltimor National Pike, Elicott City,
MD 21042. The Claimant files this mechanic's lien claim as a labor
and material supplier to the Owners/Defendants.
2. The names and addresses of the owners of the
property subject to the lien are Altieri Enterprises, Inc. and
RCP&P LLC, both with addresses of 9017 Red Branch Road, Suite 201,
Columbia, Maryland 21045.
3. The Claimant furnished labor and building materials
on the project known as Lot 40, 4529 Woods Way, Manor Drive, Manor
at Westport, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
("Project").
4. The Claimant last furnished labor and materials to
the Project on or about November 1, 2008.
5. Claimant provided the labor and materials to the
Owners/Defendants and gave its formal notice of its intention to
file this claim on March 2, 2009.
6. This claim is made for the following:
Furnish and Install Drywall $11,765.14
Furnish and Install Paint $ 6.339.00
7. The amount claimed to be due to Claimant for labor
and materials to this Project is $18,104.14, plus interest. See
unpaid invoices attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
8. The real estate, improvements, and property claimed
to be subject to this mechanic's lien claim consist of all that
property known as Lot 40, 4529 Woods Way, Manor Drive, Manor at
Westport, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland CountyllF?nnsylvania.

VERIFICATION
I, LARRY L. MILLER, hereby state that I am counsel for
the Claimant in the within action and that the facts set forth in
the foregoing Mechanic's Lien Claim are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge. The information set forth in this lien claim
was provided by Ray Metz, President of R&L Drywall, whose
verification could not be obtained within the time allowed for
filing this document.
I understand that the statements herein are made subject
to the penalties of 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. Section 4904 relating to
unsworn falsification to authorities, which provides that if I
knowingly make false averments, I may be subject to criminal
penalties.
