Appeal filed in the above-captioned matter, Appellant is DIRECTED, pursuant to Pa.
R.A.P. 1925(b), to file of record in this Court and to serve upon the undersigned judge a
concise Statement of Errors Complained of on Appeal pertaining to the appeal of the
order of court dated January 8, 2009, regarding the Motion To Disqualify Morgan, Lewis
& Bockius and the Martson Law Office from Continuing Legal Representation of the
Estate and the Trusts, now docketed at 270 MDA 2009 (Superior Court of Pennsylvania),
no later than 21 days after entry of this Order. Any issues not properly included in the
statement timely filed and served pursuant to this order shall be deemed waived.
