WHEREAS, CHARLES H. EDWARDS, is deceased, and Letters
Testamentary were granted to Steven C-. Edwards, Executor, by the
Register of Wills Office, Lancaster County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and;
WHEREAS, the said CHARLES H. EDWARDS is deceased, having died
October 13, 2007; and,
WHEREAS, a true and correct, complete, full, first
and final account of the executor of the Estate of CHARI.E3 H. EDWARDS,
Deceased, is attached hereto, incorporated herein and marked as
Exhibit "7-~" .
NOW, THEREFORE, ~iOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that
MARGARET EDWARDS, residuary legatee tinder the Last Will and Testament
of said decedent, CHARLES H. EDWARDS, Deceased:
1. Hereby releases, remises, quit-claims and forever
discharges Steven G. Edwards, executor of the Estate of
CHARLES H. EDWARDS, Deceased, of and from any claim that the residuary
legatee might have or ever would have and hereby acknowledges that
she has received payment of all sums of monies due her from the Estate.
2. Hereby acknowledges that this General Account Release
attached hereto, and marked Exhibit "A", in all respects is complete,
true and c;orrect and the same is accepted as an account stated,
final and conclusive as to all matters therein set forth and as to
all property of every kind and nature and description received by
said executor and does hereby ratify, approve and confirm the acts
and transactions by the aforesaid executor as to all matters and
things done or performed by him in connection with the administration
of said Estate.
3. Does hereby, and by these ~>resents, remise, quit-claim
and forever discharge the named executor, his heirs,
administrators, executors, successors and assigns, from any cause of
action, suit, payment, account, reckoning, claim, demand, liability,
or accountability, in every name or nature for or on account of any
and every matter and thing whatsoever_ arising from or in any manner
related to or connected with the est~rte and the residuary legatee's
interest therein.
