KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Sondra C. Petr, 'an ~jult
individual and legatee of Paul J. O'Connor, deceased, hereby ac;knowled~e that I F{~e ~ '
received of and from Sondra C. Petrasic and Janine G. Garrison, Co-Executrices for the
Estate of Paul J. O'Connor, deceased and Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Attorney for the Estate of
Paul J. O'Connor, deceased, a full and final distribution in the amaunt of $9,071.36 in full
satisfaction of all sum or sums of money, share or shares, purports and dividends which
were due, owing, payable and belonging to me, by any means whatsoever, for or on
account of our share, part or dividend of the real, personal and mixed Estate of the said
Paul J. O'Connor, deceased.
AND THEREFORE, I, the said Sondra C. Petrasic, do by these presents, release,
remise, quitclaim and forever discharge the said Sondra C. Petrasic and Janice G.
Garrison, Co-Executrices, and the said Harry L. Bricker, Jr., Attorney for the Estate of Paul
J. O'Connor, deceased, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of
and from the full and final distributive share, purport, dividend and interest of the aforesaid
Estate, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and
demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause, or thing
whatsoever, to the day of the date of these presents.
I DO HEREBY COVENANT, promise and upon written request of the said Harry L.
Bricker, Jr., Attorney for the Estate, I will refund to the said Estate from the said distributive
share whatever funds that are shown to have been distributed to me in error which maybe
necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate should the Court order such
a refund.
