O ~/- / qt/q/D/O, 2004 TERM MCNAUGHTON HOMES, A DIVISION OF THE MCNAUGHTON COMPANY CONTRACTOR WHEREAS, STEPHEN A. MYERS AND LISA M. MYERS, his wife, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with McNaughton Homes, a division of The McNanghton Company, for the construction ora single family dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded, and limited as follows: BEING designated as Lot No. 15 of Phase 2 Final Subdivision Plan of Sunrise Meadows as recorded in Plan Book 86 at page 112. , I.l~ ,., Now, "f[~,"[ ,2004, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
