BAKER Defendant IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NO. 09-1421 : JURY OF TWELVE DEMANDED DEFENDANT'S OBJECTIONS TO PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS 3. Defendant objects to this Request to the extent that it seeks documents that are violative of defendant's right to privacy. Defendant will agree to disclose the documents, if available, with the times and length of each call made on the day of the accident. 14. Defendant objects to providing any surveillance of plaintiff until the completion of plaintiff's deposition. 18. Defendant objects to this request on the grounds of relevance and that the request is unreasonably burdensome to defendant to produce "all maintenance and repair records" for the vehicle that defendant was operating at the time of the accident. 19. Defendant objects to this request on the grounds that the information sought by this request is protected from disclosure by virtue of defendant's right to privacy. Furthermore, the request seeks "information" that is neither relevant, nor reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. Finally, defendant objects to the request on the grounds set forth in Pa.R.C.P. 4011. DATE: Y 1VOq FORRY, ULLMAN, ULLMAN & FORRY, P.C. By: JOS] F , E IRE Att orney I.D.
