ORDER OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS

the Petition of East Galbraith Health Care Center, hearing having been held, and Leroy C. Hodge having
failed to appeaz and Richazd P. Goens having appeazed and having offered no objection to the granting
of the relief requested in the aforementioned Petition, IT IS HEREBY ORDERID THAT:
1. Leroy C. Hodge shall be deemed to have resigned as Executor of the Estate of the
Decedent.
2. Leroy C. Hodge shall be deemed to have waived his right to seek issuance of Letters of
Administration in the Estate of the Decedent, and shall be further deemed to have waived objection to
issuance of Letters of Administration by the Register of Wills.
3. Leroy C. Hodge shall be deemed to have waived his right to nominate another to take
out Letters of Administration in his place and stead.
4. Richazd P. Goens shall be deemed to have resigned as Executor of the Estate of the
Decedent.
5. Richazd P. Goens shall be deemed to have waived his right to seek issuance of Letters
of Administration in the Estate of the Decedent, and shall be further deemed to have waived objection
to issuance of Letters of Administration by the Register of Wills.
