WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses
whatsoever, you be and appear in your proper person before the
Honorable Judges of the Common Pleas Court, Orphans' Court
Division at s session of the said Cotzrt there to be held, for
the County of Cumberland to show cause why the appeal of the
Petitioner from the appraisement of the Commonwealth for Transfer
inheritance tax purposes dated September 18, 1987 should not. be
sustained, and that. the Department of Revenue refund the sum
of $5,256.12 t.o the petitioner.
Rule returnable within 20 days of service.
