Roger M. Morgenthal, Esquire, of FISHMAN & MORGENTHAL, attorneys for
Petitioner, it is ordered and decreed that the Petitioner is authorized to spend from
principal and income in the Guardianship Account of the incapacitated person, to and for
her use and benefit and to cover costs incurred in her new housing at Yeager's Personal
Care Home, and to pay the costs of these proceedings, including an attorney's fee,
including the depletion of the entire remaining Guardianship Account if necessary.
