MORGENTHAL, attorneys for Petitioner, it is ordered and decreed that the Petitioner is
authorized to spend from principal and income to and for the use and benefit of the
incompetent $1,500.00 per month, and to pay the costs of these proceedings, including an
attorney's fee, all of which payments shall be made from principal and income as needed.
