vania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare
this tc be our last will and testament,hereby revoking all dills
and codicils by us heretofore made.
ITEM 1. Inasmuch. as all property real or personal,is joint -
ly held this :gill shall not be probated till the demise of the
surviving spouss.
ITEM 11. The survivor is to be in absolute control of all
property,real or personal,to use or to dispose of as he or she
may see fit.
ITEM 111. At the demise of the surviving spouse,and after
all funeral expenses and just debts have been met,and the articles
enumerated in a list attached to this instrument shall ha~re been
claimed or refused by the donee or representative thereof all
assets remaining shall be turned into cash.
STEM 1V. It shall be the duty of the executors to place a
suitable memorial stone on the burial lot after due consultation
with the ~~~.H.E.Scott family,co-owners of the said lot,unless this
has previously been completed during the life of the testatoes.
ITEM V. f1t the discretion of the executors,any o± the heirs
may have the privilege of acquiring ang of the furniture,fixtures,
or other articles at the appraised value.
