AND NOW, this I~ day of Se,~c,~.~o~1' , 2007, it is ORDERED that the Order
in connection with Citation to Show Cause dated January 12, 2007 and Amended
Citation to Show Cause dated January 24, 2007 is hereby RESCINDED. It is further
ORDERED that Wachovia Bank, N.A., Co-Trustee of Trust B under the Will of Frank F.
Davenport, Jr., shall resume its administration of the Trust and shall have full authority
to act on behalf of the Trust as sole Trustee until such a time that Co-Trustee Suzanne
B. Davenport becomes available to serve as Co-Trustee or a successor is named to
replace her.
