MOTION FOR FINAL DECREE
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Petitioner, Ramsey Davenport, by his attorney, Richard W. Stewart, Esquire, moves the
Court to enter a Final Decree appointing him as Substitute Trustee and in support thereof sets
forth the following:
1. The counsel for Frank F. Davenport, III accepted service of the Citation issued in
the above matter on February 22,2007.
2. No Answer has been filed to the Petition by Frank F. Davenport, III.
3. Judge M. L. Ebert previously issued a Preliminary Decree with regard to the
above matter.
