equally unto my children, EDGAR. F. McKEEFiAI4, JR., ROGER L.
McKEEHAN, JAY L. McKEEHAN, ilALE L. McKEEHAN, BARBARA J. WILKE, anti
BRENDA K. GRANT, per stirpes. However, if a child does not survi~•e
me and leaves children who so survive me, such children shall
receive, per stirpes, the share my child would have received had he
or she so survived me.
THIRD: EXECUTOR - I appoint my wife, MARIE L. McKEEHAN, Executrix
of my Will. In the event that MARIE L. McKEEHAN predeceases me or
is unwilling or unable to serve as Executor, I then appoint as Co-
Executors my son, EDGAR F. McKEEHAN, JR. and my daughter, BARBARA
J. WILKE, or the survivor thereof. Neither my Executrix nor any
successor shall be required to give bond for the performance of
their duties. I grant to my Executrix the power to compromise
claims without court approval and without the consent of any
beneficiary.
FOURTH: PROTECTIVE PROVISION - To the greatest extent permitted by
law, before actual payment to a beneficiary or to his or her
account, no interest in income or principal shall be assignable by
a beneficiary or available to anyone having a claim againsY_ a
beneficiary.
