DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 6th day ofMarch, 2009, upon consideration of the Petition for Probate and
Grant of Letters file by the Pennsylvania Guardianship Association, Inc., the renunciation of the
executor named in the Last Will and Testament, dated July 21, 1994, the renunciation of the residuary
heir and information provided by David W. Deluce, Counsel for Petitioner, that there are no heirs
under the intestate laws nor major creditors at the time of the decedent's death, IT IS DECREED that
Letters of Administration c.t.a. shall be granted this day to Pennsylvania Guardianship Association,
Inc. pursuant to Pa.C.S.A. §3155(b)(7).
Pennsylvania Guardianship Association, Inc shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary
under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to
law.
