RESIGNATION OF CO-TRUSTEE
The undersigned Mary-Margaret Kellogg, hereby resigns as a Co-Trustee with
Deutsche Bank (successor to Bankers Trust Company) under that certain Agreement
of Trust of October 9, 1968, Bertie K. Kellogg, Settlor, having received the consent to
such resignation in writing of the said Co-Trustee and all sui juris beneficiaries under
said Agreement of Trust as to income and principal, effective immediately.

proposed resignation of Mary-Margaret Kellogg as a co-trustee with Deutsche Bank
(Successor to Bankers Trust Company), and waives a formal accounting at this time.
