ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Christopher Lee Wright, sole heir of
the late KAREN RUTH WRIGHT, who died intestate, do hereby acknowledge the receipt of and
from Christopher Lee Wright, Executor of said Estate cash and personal property in the amount of
Forty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy and 00/100 Dollars ($48,770.00), more fully
described in Attachment "A", in full satisfaction and payment of all sums of money, share or
shares, purparts, and dividends which are or were due, owing, payable and belonging to me, by any
means whatsoever, for my share, part, or dividend of said Estate.
AND THEREFORE, I, Christopher Lee Wright do by these presents, remise, release,
quitclaim, and forever discharge the said Christopher Lee Wright, Executor and his attorney and
agent of and from the said share or dividend of the estate aforesaid, to the extent of the sum of Forty
Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy and 00/100 Dollars ($48,770.00), of and from all
actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands whatsoever, for or by reason
thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause, or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to
the day of the date of these presents.

As the condition for receipt of this partial distribution. made this date by the said lrxecutor, I
