AND NOW, this ~ day of March, 2009, pursuant to the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code at 20 Pa.C.S. Section 5610, Daryl Hurley IS ORDERED
TO FILE AN ACCOUNT in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County
within 25 days of this date, setting forth:
(1) The date Goldie M. Hurley appointed him a general power of attorney.
(2) Every asset or interest, real or personal, of the Principal known to him from
that date forward.
(3) The location of or distribution of any such assets or interest from that date,
including but not limited to pension, annuity and social security benefits.
(4) A list of any unpaid claims against the Principal during her lifetime or against
the Principal's estate.
(5) The contents of any safe deposit box of the Principal, and the current
location of any such contents.
