Fair market value is defined as tile price at which properti would be exchange between a willing buyer and a w Ing seller, neither being compelled lo buy or sell, both having reasonable knowledge of the relevant facts. Real property which is jointly-owned with rig survivorship must be disclosed on Schedule F. ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION Unimproved building lot in Rye Township, Perry County, PA. The property was reassessed within the last six months, the estate filed an appeal, and the Perry County Board of Assesment Appeals adjusted the assessment to $8,300.00, which value was then accepted by the estate. Based upon this transaction, we value the lot at: Unimproved lot in Carroll Township, Adams County, PA. This property was recently reassessed by the county at $6,554.00 and the estate believes that is an accurate reflection of the currrent market value of the lot. Attached is a copy of the most recent tax bill which reflects the assessed value and, using that assessment, the estate calculates the value of the property is: Two unimproved lots in Polk County, Florida. The lots have been assessed by Polk County to have a value of $1,250.00. They are located in a concservation zone and the Florida Chapter of the Nature Conservancy has recently made an offer to purchase the lots for a price of $600.00 each and the estate has determined it will accept that offer. Attached is a copy of the most recent assessment for the property and a copy of the offer from the Nature Conservancy. Based upon this information, the estate values the lots at: Single family residence at 1386 West Trindle Road, Carlisle, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. This property was sold on 12 February 2003 for $159,900.00, which the estate believes reflects its value at the time of death. Attached hereto is a copy of the settlement sheet to confirm that sale price.
