AND NOW, this 31st day of October 1995, Letters Testamentary having been
issued to Walter L. Beatty on September 8, 1994 in the estate of Evelyn M. Beatty
a/k/a Evelyn L. Beatty are hereby revoked. Walter L. Beatty previously
appointed Executor has died. New Letters Testamentary are being issued to
Winton E. Hewitt and Audrey J. Hewitt.
