AND NOW, this 18`f' day of March, 2009, it appearing that JUSTIN CROZIER and CARLA
YOCUM are applying on this date for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstances demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
immediately upon application therefor.
