consideration of the attached Petition for Approval of Minor Plaintiffls Settlement and
Distribution of Proceeds,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1) Settlement of the above-captioned action by Thomas Speck and Wendy Speck, as
Parents and Natural Guardians of Samantha Speck, a minor, and Thomas Speck and Wendy
Speck, Individually and in their own right, in accordance with the terms of the Petition, is hereby
ratified and approved. Thomas Speck, Wendy Speck and Samantha Speck are authorized to
execute the Release in this matter and mark the above-captioned action settled, discontinued and
ended as to Defendant.
2) All proceeds will be allocated as set forth in paragraph 16 of Plaintiffs' Petition
for Approval of Minor Plaintiff's Settlement and Distribution of Proceeds.
