GF~ ~E v': T.. = $"=RIFE „_ ,~ ~-`{ CUP r+.~ ~.~~~+ Bortek Industries Inc vs. Richard Chaffee Case Number 2009-54 SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE 04/13/2009 10:13 AM -Shawn Harrison, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on April 13, 2009 at 1013 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit: Richard Chaffee, by making known unto Richard Chaffee, at 912 River Road, Marysville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17053 its contents and at the same time handing to him personally the said true anc correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed. Postcard mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 04-14-09. 05/17/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
