The undersigned, being the trustees of the Deed of Trust of Roy R. Miller dated June 22, 2000, the residuary beneficiary under the will, intending to be legally bound, for ourselves and our successors and assigns, hereby do agree as follows: 1. We acknowledge that the Trust has received from the fiduciary cash in the amount of $6,949.80 in full satisfaction of all the Trust's interests under the will. 2. We acknowledge that the account attached is complete and accurate, accept it as conclusive as to all property received by the fiduciary, waive any right to demand a formal court ac;counting by the fiduciary, and approve the acts and transactions of the fiduciary in the administration of the estate. 3. We release the fiduciary from any suit, payment, claim or liability arising from the administration of the estate. 4.
