Ft. Washington, Pennsylvania, 19034, being one of the two charitable beneficiaries of the Estate
of Lorna R. Line, pursuant to the provisions of her Last Will and Testament, do hereby
acknowledge that on behalf of CLC Ministries International, I have received the distribution of
$14,436.99, an amount greater than the amount shown on the First and Final Accounting, as was
approved by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 3,
2000, said accounting having been presented to the Court by the personal representatives of the
estate, Janice S. Mixell, and Bradley L. Griffie on behalf of the law firm of Griffie and
Associates.
I hereby state that I have reviewed the First and Final Accounting and have taken no
exceptions or objections to the Accounting.
I hereby absolutely release and discharge Janice S. Mixell, personal representative of the
estate of Lorna R. Line, and Bradley L. Griffie, Esquire and the law firm of Griffie & Associates,
of and from any and all claims and rights I nov~~ have cr may have in ±he future agains± the estate
or personal representative, whether due to negligence or otherwise, which I may have by reason
of administration of the estate.
