I'm writing to explain why there are two copies of my renunciation. 1 sent the original copy of the one
dated in November of 2008 to my brother, Mark Biddle, as was directed by his attorney. He was, at that
time, supposed to submit my renunciation and apply for executorship. I have not received any
information regarding the status of that renunciation, so I am including a copy of that form as well as a
new copy that has a raised notarized seal. If there are any questions or problems regarding my
