diligent search and inquiry for the within named defendant to wit: Michael G. Kelley, but was unable to
locate him in his bailiwick. He therefore returns the within Writ of Revival as not found as to the defendant
Michael G. Kelley. Elizabeth Petonyak resident of 463 N. Pitt Street, Suite 1 Carlisle Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17013 states that Michael G. Kelley has moved out a few years ago and she does not have
a current address for him. The Carlisle postmaster has returned a not known at address given. The exact
address for the defendant is not available.
