Jr. and Karla Illingsworth ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 5155 East Trindle Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-22-0525 Pazcel No.: 010 unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from Apri12, 2008 through Mazch 31, 2009. services were rendered and chazged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account the Claimant, which sum of $175.33 was duly assessed against the above Owner and beginning Apri12, 2008 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and ies, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipalities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
