SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
06/11/2009 02:20 PM - R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that he made a
diligent search and inquiry for the within named defendant, to wit: General Remodelers, but was unable to
locate them in his bailiwick. The address provided of 52 market Street, Lemoyne, appeared to be
abandoned. A post office check revealed that the business had moved and left no forwarding address.
08/01/2009 12:23 PM -Jason Vioral, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on August 1,
2009, he attempted to serve a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit: Genera
Remodelers at 299 W. Shady Lane, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025. At that time it was
learned that the defendant had moved and there is currently no forwarding address.
04/14/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED -writ expired prior to plaintiff's attorney providing a good address for service.
