LANDI, being one of the heirs of Bruna Marie Landi, Deceased, late of the Borough of
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that, upon
execution and delivery of this Release, I will be receiving of and from Dennis Victor
Landi, Executor of the Estate of the said Decedent, the sum of Three Thousand Two
Hundred Twenty-Three and 35/100 ($3,223.35) Dollars in full satisfaction and payment
of all such sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, intestate shares and family
exemptions to which I am entitled by Will or as an heir-at-law and to which I am entitled
from the Estate of said Decedent:
