Dear Sir/Madam:
I represent Ralph C. Crone, Administrator of the Estate of Sandra Lee Crone. Mr. Crone
is the ex-husband of Sandra Lee Crone. At the time of death, Mrs. Crone was living with Robert
Holler: We probated the estate in anticipation of possible litigation, and it was Mr. Crone's
understanding that there may have been some assets in the estate. However, there will be no
litigation, and we have learned from Mr. Holler that there are minimal, if any assets, and that the
decedent died owing rent. Therefore, at this point in time, I would like to have the estate
declared "insolvent".
I appreciate your attention to this matter and await your decision. If you require any
