DISPOSITIVE PROVISIONS A. HOUSEHOLD AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. I give the car I own at my death, and the cufflinks and watch which were my father's, to Anthony Moleskie, if he survives me by thirty (30) days; or if he does not survive me, to the Pennsylvania Legislative Animal Network. My Executrix shall have the powers without court approval to compromise claims, to borrow, to sell at public or private sale, to exchange or lease for any period of time any real or personal property, to give options for sales and leases, and to retain and invest in any form of property without being limited to so called "legal investments". The death was as a result of natural causes and we have been unable to find any next of kin for Ms. McKeefery. Ms. McKeefery was born 12/18/1939 and her Social Security Number is 207-30-2752.
