COMPLAINT IN EJECTMENT
1. Plaintiff is Secretary of Veterans Affairs an Officer of the United States of America, 1000
Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
2. Defendants are EDWARD KNISLEY, and OCCUPANTS.
3. Plaintiff is the owner of property located at 21 East Shady Lane, Enola, PA 17025, by
virtue of a Deed from the Sheriff of Cumberland County to Secretary of Veterans Affairs
an Officer of the United States of America recorded on 8/27/2008 at Instrument #
200829097. A true and correct copy of the legal description of the Property is attached to
this Complaint.
4. Plaintiff is entitled to immediate possession of the Property.
5. The Defendants, EDWARD KNISLEY and OCCUPANTS, are occupying the Property
without right, and so far as the Plaintiff is informed, without claim of title.
6. Plaintiff has demanded possession of the Property from the Defendants and
OCCUPANTS, who have refused to deliver up possession of the same.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests judgment for possession of the Property.

04/18/2009 R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law states that he made a diligent search and
inquiry for the within named defendant to wit: Occupant at 21 East Shady Lane, Enola, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, 17025 but was unable to locate them in his bailiwick he therefore returns the within
Complaint as not found as to the defendant, Occupant. There are no additional residents at given
address, neighbor advises property is vacant.
04/18/2009 R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law states that he made a diligent search and
inquiry for the within named defendant to wit: Edward Knisley, 21 East Shady Lane, Enola, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, 17025 but was unable to locate him in his bailiwick he therefore returns the within
Complaint as not found as to the defendant, Edward Knisley. There are no additional residents at given
address, neighbor advises defendant moved approximately 2 months ago. Post Office has no forwarding
address for defendant.
